The development of Hotel and convention Centre along with commercial office premises building has been built in a 4,50,000 Sq. Ft. of premier location land for which permissions has been granted in a Special non-processing area i.e. Special Economic Zone (SEZ) at Dahej for our project by the Government of India. The project is aimed at garnering the best possible facilities developed in and around Bharuch and Dahej.

The Company is already conferred as the Official hospitality partner of Dahej, SEZ. The company has already invested approx. 55 Crore in the project till today.

In tandem with the ethos of the Company, we make it our responsibility to deliver the best and in accordance, the Company is proud to collaborate with the well-renowned ITC Hotels for operating hospitality facilities under the name of “Fortune Park, Dahej”(“The Hotel”).
